Lucy - No Greater Gift Could I Have Received

Lucy was my companion for 14 years. As many wingshooters know, this is a bond that lasts a lifetime. She once rode shotgun with me to SD to make a hunt with Readers and Writers. Lucy was a sweet family dog with an unrelenting drive to hunt birds. She loved it as I did. She was the granddaughter of the Hall of Fame lab Trievens "Twist and Shout" a foundation dog instrumental in starting the pointing lab movement. No greater gift could I have received.
