From our September/October 2025 Issue

Since 1959 Armas Garbi of Eibar, Spain, has built fine shotguns that aspire to the ideals of the London gun trade. Now the firm has released its Arrow model with a titanium frame, enriching the company’s portfolio while paying tribute to the best British over/unders. According to manager Jon Barrenechea, Garbi was inspired “to improve the quality of our guns to be able to compete with the mythical English makes.”

With more than 4,500 hours of development, the triggerplate-action Arrow Titanium is a fusion of technology and tradition. The monoblock barrels are of 42Crmo4 steel alloy, and the action body is lightweight titanium. The engraving and Grade 4 walnut stock are handcrafted.

William Larkin Moore & Sons is the importer, and according to owner Dan Moore: “The Arrow represents Garbi’s entry into the high-end sporting O/U market. This special gun features a titanium frame, hand-detachable locks and flush-mount notchless choke tubes—all built with the old-world craftsmanship the company is famous for. We have a 20-gauge with 30" barrels in stock priced at $49,500, and it is available for immediate delivery.”
