Works for me. Even more better when I'm not going to try to grill at -XX°.

I'd like to try this technique of cooking, except it would more then likely cost me 4 hundred..   I don't do anything half step, in for a penny in for a pound.   Thanks.

Good play, as it certainly won't save you any $$$.

It's improved our cooking, and we already had most of the gear (sunk costs), so the $60 bump-up for the InstaPot knock-off was a cheap buy in.

had prime rib last night, local restaurant ...  Pretty sure it was prepared and cooked..  Sous Vide.   Not bad flavor ,,  IMHO ,,,  cooking on open grill, hard wood or gas is much better flavored.
